Es ist immer wieder beeindruckend, die Themenwelt der Automobillogistik in einer einzigen Veranstaltung kompakt serviert zu bekommen. Das Forum Automobillogistik schafft das jedes Mal. Um was es nicht alles geht in dieser Branche! Corona hin, Pandemie her. Produktion, Werksversorgung, Beschaffungsprozesse, klimafreundliche Antriebe, hocheffiziente Intralogistik mit autonomen Fahrzeugen, Drohnen f\u00fcr die Inventur, K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz und und und. Das Forum am 9. und 10. Februar 2021 r\u00fcckte wieder einmal das komplexe T\u00e4tigkeitsfeld der Logistik in den Fokus. Diesmal \u201enur\u201c online mit Vortr\u00e4gen auf dem Laptop im Home-Office. Aber vielseitig und informativ. Erneut hat das Forum aufgezeigt, wozu Logistik und Industrie in der Lage sind, wenn man sie machen l\u00e4sst und die Rahmenbedingungen stimmen.<\/p>\n

Das komplexe T\u00e4tigkeitsfeld der Logistik<\/h2>\n

Veranstalter waren wie immer die Bundesvereinigung Logistik (BVL) und der Verband der Automobilindustrie (VDA). \u201eViele gro\u00dfe Themen scheinen hinter der Pandemie kleiner geworden zu sein \u2013 das sind sie aber nicht\u201c, betonte der BVL-Vorstandsvorsitzende Thomas Wimmer. \u201eStrukturelle Herausforderungen der Wirtschaft, Ressourcenknappheit, nationale Egoismen, Klimawandel, Verkehrswende, digitale Transformation \u2013 sie alle sind noch da und relevanter denn je.\u201c Und so wundert es nicht, dass Corona in vielen Vortr\u00e4gen eher ein Randthema war. Denn Automobilindustrie und Logistikbranche r\u00fcsten seit jeher auf, denken neue Konzepte, planen die Zukunft. Viren k\u00f6nnen St\u00f6rfaktoren sein und neue L\u00f6sungen erforderlich machen. Aber die Antriebskraft f\u00fcr jahrzehntelange kontinuierliche Verbesserungsprozesse ziehen die Akteure aus anderen Motiven.<\/p>\n

Weg von den globalen M\u00e4rkten?<\/h2>\n

Kann oder soll man durch Lokalisierungsma\u00dfnahmen den \u00f6konomischen Folgen einer Pandemie wirksam entgegentreten? Vielleicht liegt es an der quasi naturgegebenen Weltoffenheit und Fernsicht von Logistikern, dass sie sich ihren weiten Horizont nicht durch vorschnelle Patentrezepte verstellen. Mehrfach wurden Stimmen laut, die der Idee einer Regionalisierung von Beschaffung und Vertrieb ein dickes Fragezeichen anhefteten. \u201eWir m\u00fcssen smart und resilient global vernetzt bleiben\u201c, sagte Simone Menne. Das Aufsichtsratsmitglied von Unternehmen wie BMW, Johnson Controls und Deutsche Post DHL sprach manch einem Forumsteilnehmer aus der Seele. Auch Simon Motter, Leiter Volkswagen-Konzernlogistik, unterstrich mit Blick auf Produktionsunterbrechungen: \u201eEine st\u00e4rkere Regionalisierung h\u00e4tte uns nichts gen\u00fctzt.\u201c Ganz im Gegenteil. \u201eGlobalisierung hilft, um globale Probleme gut zu meistern.\u201c<\/p>\n

Logistik-Award f\u00fcr Volkswagen und BMW<\/h2>\n

Im Rahmen des Forums hat der VDA die Volkswagen-Konzernlogistik und die BMW Group mit dem Logistik Award 2021 ausgezeichnet. Das ist der \u201eOscar\u201c der Logistikbranche, wie ihn VDA-Pr\u00e4sidentin Hildegard M\u00fcller nennt. Die Wolfsburger erhielten den Preis f\u00fcr ein innovatives Management-Tool. Es stellt die Werksversorgung bei Shutdowns und Relaunches sicher. In einem konkreten Fall ging es um Material von 8.000 Lieferanten, die direkt von Corona-Ma\u00dfnahmen betroffen waren. Die BMW Group nahm den Preis f\u00fcr eine cloudbasierte Software in Empfang. Sie verkn\u00fcpft verschiedene Kommissionierkonzepte in der Produktionslogistik \u2013 wie Pick-by-Light oder Pick-by-Tablet. Die Werkslogistik kann dank dieser Pickplattform neue Arbeitspl\u00e4tze ohne zus\u00e4tzliche IT-Kapazit\u00e4ten selbstst\u00e4ndig einrichten und in Betrieb nehmen.<\/p>\n

Es gibt viel zu tun \u2026<\/h2>\n

Eines hat Europas gr\u00f6\u00dfter Branchentreff auch in seiner neunten Auflage deutlich gemacht: L\u00f6sungen, Ans\u00e4tze und Perspektiven f\u00fcr eine effiziente, nachhaltige und erfolgreiche Automobillogistik gibt es auf lange Sicht in ausreichender Menge.
