suffisante.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, il faut r\u00e9duire les irritants en mettant en place des actions correctives pour offrir une prestation de services \u00e0 la hauteur des attentes de nos clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leurs pr\u00e9cieux retours, des actions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises telles que&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Suppression de la lettre recommand\u00e9e avec A\/R quand les r\u00e9serves sont recevables sur le bon de livraison (activit\u00e9 route).<\/li><li>\u00c9tude en cours de modernisation de notre syst\u00e8me&nbsp;de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie.<\/li><li>Mise en place d\u2019un nouvel outil d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la relation client au sein des services clients ROUTE des agences.<\/li><li>Lancement de eClaims pour
