Fordonsparker med fullt fungerande dieselbilar m\u00e5ste bytas ut och ers\u00e4ttas av betydligt dyrare fordon f\u00f6r minskad klimatp\u00e5verkan. Samtidigt \u00e4r det ingen som vet s\u00e4kert vilken teknik som kommer g\u00e4lla i framtiden.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du b\u00f6r ha l\u00e5g tyngdpunkt som \u00e5kare idag. F\u00f6r det \u00e4r en rej\u00e4l balansg\u00e5ng att st\u00e4lla om s\u00e5 fort som m\u00f6jligt och samtidigt ta kloka ekonomiska beslut. En utmaning som Fredrik Fagerstr\u00f6m, vice vd p\u00e5 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fagerstrombolagen.se\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fagerstr\u00f6mbolagen <\/a><\/strong>och Gunvor Munck, vd p\u00e5 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/borjeskoncernen.se\/vara-bolag\/smalandslogistik\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sm\u00e5lands Logistik<\/a><\/strong>, vet allt om. H\u00e4r ber\u00e4ttar de om sina tre st\u00f6rsta dilemman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Den snabba teknikutvecklingen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fredrik ser en fara med att den snabba teknikutvecklingen f\u00f6rsv\u00e5rar l\u00e5ngsiktig planering:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det \u00e4r lite orov\u00e4ckande att resonemanget var annorlunda f\u00f6r bara tv\u00e5, tre \u00e5r sedan. Det g\u00e5r s\u00e5 snabbt och vi \u00e5kare m\u00e5ste t\u00e4nka l\u00e5ngsiktigt eftersom v\u00e5ra investeringar kan h\u00e5lla 10\u201312 \u00e5r. Det vi t\u00e4nker nu, st\u00e4mmer det om fem \u00e5r? De beslut vi tar nu p\u00e5verkar ju under l\u00e5ng tid fram\u00f6ver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gunvor inst\u00e4mmer med Fredrik: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det kommer kanske ny teknik som vi inte k\u00e4nner till, kanske nya br\u00e4nslen ocks\u00e5. Det p\u00e5g\u00e5r forskning som kan leda till nya tekniker s\u00e5 om ett par \u00e5r ser det kanske helt annorlunda ut. Det b\u00f6rjar bli mer klart och det ser man hos de stora fordonstillverkarna. Sen kommer vi fortfarande vilja prova andra drivmedel f\u00f6r att skaffa oss en kunskapsbank och undvika att l\u00e4gga alla \u00e4gg i samma korg. Det \u00e4r s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga miljoner som ska investeras under l\u00e5ng tid och d\u00e4ri ligger den stora os\u00e4kerheten, f\u00f6rklarar Fredrik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Otillr\u00e4cklig infrastruktur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Att omst\u00e4llningen \u00e4r n\u00e5got vi m\u00e5ste g\u00f6ra tillsammans med \u00f6vriga samh\u00e4llsfunktioner blir extra tydligt n\u00e4r det kommer till utbyggnad av infrastrukturen. H\u00e4r har vi akillesh\u00e4len enligt Gunvor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Infrastrukturen h\u00e4nger inte med. Och hur \u00e4r det med tillg\u00e5ngen p\u00e5 el, r\u00e4cker den? D\u00e4r ser vi ju bekymmer redan idag. De som k\u00f6r eldrivna personbilar har ladd\u00e5ngest hela tiden och \u00e4r det k\u00f6 till laddning blir det fullst\u00e4ndig panik. Infrastrukturen styr denna utveckling oerh\u00f6rt mycket. Det \u00e4r nytt, det \u00e4r inte utbyggt och vi f\u00e5r ha t\u00e5lamod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Bara h\u00e4r i Borl\u00e4nge har vi fyrtio bilar p\u00e5 g\u00e5rden som skulle kunna elektrifieras, men f\u00f6rutom sj\u00e4lva investeringen av fordon och laddstolpar, m\u00e5ste \u00e4ven kapacitet av str\u00f6mf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning s\u00e4kras upp. Och sen m\u00e5ste det \u00e4nd\u00e5 finnas m\u00f6jlighet till s\u00e5 kallad \u201dtop up\u201d-laddning ute i regionen. Det \u00e4r omfattande investeringar som kr\u00e4vs och ett samarbete mellan flera parter s\u00e5 att r\u00e4tt kapacitet finns vid r\u00e4tt tidpunkt, ber\u00e4ttar Fredrik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gunvor tar \u00e4ven upp prisbilden p\u00e5 el i Sverige:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Prisbilden \u00e4r s\u00e5 diffus och Sverige har olika zoner f\u00f6r priser p\u00e5 el. Det ser man p\u00e5 sin privata elr\u00e4kning som skiljer sig beroende p\u00e5 var i landet man bor. Hur ska man d\u00e5 r\u00e4kna f\u00f6r frakt? Ska det bli dyrare d\u00e4r elen kostar mer? Det m\u00e5ste ske en harmonisering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Kostsamma och os\u00e4kra investeringar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Omst\u00e4llningen kostar. I dagsl\u00e4get \u00e4r det egentligen bara de sm\u00e5 paketbilarna som kommit s\u00e5 pass l\u00e5ngt i utvecklingen att de \u00e4r kommersiellt g\u00e5ngbara. Godsservice i Dalarna investerade nyligen i en eldriven distributionsbil men det \u00e4r inte en investering som h\u00e5ller ekonomiskt ber\u00e4ttar Fredrik:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Vi satsar gladeligen p\u00e5 el, men \u00e4n s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge \u00e4r det inte ekonomiskt h\u00e5llbart. Betalviljan m\u00e5ste ocks\u00e5 finnas hos kunderna och transportkostnaden \u00e4r st\u00e4ndigt en utmaning. Gunvor utvecklar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att f\u00e5 fram pris p\u00e5 distributionsbil som \u00e4r relevant till leveransdatum. Elpriserna \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 oklara. Det finns ber\u00e4kningar och kalkyler men ingen garanti. Det \u00e4r faktorer som skapar os\u00e4kerhet. Och hur \u00e4r det med reservdelar? Och verkst\u00e4der? Investeringarna vi g\u00f6r f\u00e5r inte vara f\u00f6r kostsamma eftersom det f\u00f6ruts\u00e4tter att kunden \u00e4r redo att betala. Vi \u00e4r ju trots allt i en l\u00e5gmarginalbransch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201dFan vad de luktade och l\u00e4t!\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Os\u00e4kerheten till trots. Det vi upplever nu \u00e4r stort och det \u00e4r h\u00e4ftigt. Fredrik s\u00e4ger det b\u00e4st sj\u00e4lv:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att beklaga sig \u00f6ver drivmedelspriser och personalbekymmer men detta \u00e4r s\u00e5 oerh\u00f6rt h\u00e4ftigt! Paradigmskiftet sker nu och inte l\u00e4ngre fram.
