Syftet \u00e4r bland annat att ge medarbetarna m\u00f6jlighet att diskutera \u00f6ppet kring olika fr\u00e5gest\u00e4llningar. Michael \u00c4ngbacken utvecklar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 N\u00e4r du reflekterar kring de olika fr\u00e5gorna skapas en medvetenhet kring hur du uttrycker dig. Du har kanske tidigare anv\u00e4nt uttryck som s\u00e5rat m\u00e4nniskor, utan att du har f\u00f6rst\u00e5tt det. Det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt att m\u00e4ta, men min uppfattning \u00e4r att vi idag har en mer inkluderande kultur med mindre jargong. Spelet kan ocks\u00e5 komma att hj\u00e4lpa andra f\u00f6retag och organisationer att bli mer inkluderande.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Vi blev nyligen kontaktade av ett f\u00f6retag som vill spela LIKA-spelet inom sin organisation. Jag och min kollega Annie Pettersson ska \u00e5ka ut till dem och vara spelledare, ber\u00e4ttar Alisia Morin, P&amp;O Business Partner p\u00e5 DB Schenker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nytt verktyg spetsar l\u00f6nekartl\u00e4ggningen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fr\u00e5n LIKA-spel till likabehandlingsplan. En plan vars syfte \u00e4r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla en inkluderande och j\u00e4mst\u00e4lld arbetsmilj\u00f6. Och h\u00e4r spelar l\u00f6nekartl\u00e4ggningen en central roll enligt Michael:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Vi m\u00e5ste se till att vi har r\u00e4ttvisa l\u00f6ner, det f\u00e5r inte finnas n\u00e5gra osakliga skillnader mellan m\u00e4n och kvinnor. Det \u00e4r ett superviktigt arbete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att utf\u00f6ra en s\u00e5 noggrann kartl\u00e4ggning som m\u00f6jligt, har DB Schenker i Sverige utvecklat ett nytt verktyg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Verktyget hj\u00e4lper oss att g\u00f6ra en \u00f6vergripande analys nationellt. Tidigare gjordes det p\u00e5 distriktsniv\u00e5, vilket blev ganska sn\u00e4vt. Nu kan vi analysera skillnader och f\u00e5 djupare f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r fr\u00e5gorna. De skillnader som funnits historiskt har r\u00e4ttats till och det m\u00e4rks att vi har jobbat med dessa saker under flera \u00e5r nu, f\u00f6rklarar Michael.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Styrgrupp f\u00f6r likabehandling<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alisia Morin ing\u00e5r i DB Schenkers styrgrupp f\u00f6r likabehandling, en styrgrupp med hela Sverige som arbetsf\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Vi s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller att alla v\u00e5ra verksamheter runt om i landet har de verktyg som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r att f\u00f6lja planen. Tv\u00e5 g\u00e5nger per \u00e5r st\u00e4mmer vi av med alla enheter d\u00e4r vi tittar p\u00e5 vad de har gjort inom likabehandlingsomr\u00e5det och vilka planer som finns fram\u00e5t. Om n\u00e5got distrikt gjort n\u00e5got extra bra sprider vi detta till \u00f6vriga som inspiration och best practice.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Likabehandlingsarbetet \u00e4r under st\u00e4ndig utveckling och det lider knappast arbetsbrist f\u00f6r Alisia och hennes kollegor i styrgruppen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Vi har stort fokus p\u00e5 att st\u00f6tta och utbilda v\u00e5ra chefer i f\u00f6rdomsfri rekrytering. Vi g\u00e5r igenom v\u00e5r fr\u00e5gemall tillsammans med chefen och s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller att alla kandidater f\u00e5r samma fr\u00e5gor. Dessutom g\u00f6r vi cheferna medvetna om sina eventuella f\u00f6rdomar och vilka fallgropar som finns. Det \u00e4r ett projekt vi kommer forts\u00e4tta med.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Internutbildningar \u00e4r ytterligare ett s\u00e4tt att sprida information.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 V\u00e5r interna arbetsmilj\u00f6utbildning \u00e4r obligatorisk och inneh\u00e5ller ett avsnitt om just likabehandling. Det \u00e4r ett bra s\u00e4tt att sprida v\u00e5r st\u00e5ndpunkt till alla medarbetare. Att vi st\u00e5r f\u00f6r alla m\u00e4nniskors lika v\u00e4rde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pilotprojekt ska testa mensskyddstationer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fr\u00e5n helheten till detaljerna. Alisia ber\u00e4ttar att om allt g\u00e5r enligt plan kan fri tillg\u00e5ng p\u00e5 tamponger och bindor bli verklighet i alla DB Schenkers fastigheter fram\u00f6ver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det \u00e4r n\u00e5got jag verkligen ser ett v\u00e4rde i och n\u00e5got jag hoppas vi kan genomf\u00f6ra. M\u00e5nga av v\u00e5ra sajter ligger ju r\u00e4tt s\u00e5 \u201doff\u201d och det kan vara kr\u00e5ngligt att ta sig till butik. Just nu \u00e4r vi i uppstartsfasen och planen \u00e4r att testa p\u00e5 ett distrikt f\u00f6rst. Om piloten g\u00e5r bra lyfter vi fr\u00e5gan f\u00f6r f\u00f6retagsledningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fr\u00e5n Human Resources till People and Organization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e4nniskorna \u00e4r DB Schenkers viktigaste tillg\u00e5ng, och f\u00f6r att signalera det bytte man nyligen namn p\u00e5 avdelningen; fr\u00e5n Human Resources till People and Organization.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det var ett globalt initiativ som handlar om att tydligg\u00f6ra att vi ser v\u00e5ra medarbetare som m\u00e4nniskor, inte resurser. Det \u00e4r m\u00e4nniskorna som skapar m\u00f6jligheter f\u00f6r oss att vara fortsatt framg\u00e5ngsrika.
